We protect your mold with a highly sensitive precision protection system. Individual tolerance inputs allow us to detect force deviations immediately – even when negative forces occur – thanks to envelope curve monitoring.
Through intelligent control, changes in viscosity and material quality are detected instantly. By adjusting the switchover point and holding pressure during the cycle, consistent shot weights with high reproducibility are achieved.
The ideal clamping force is determined based on mold breathing. This significantly reduces wear on both the mold and the machine.
We integrate our Stromform interface or your own application directly into the machine control. This allows operation via a centralized human-machine interface.
We use HB-THERM temperature control devices and flow meters. Fully integrated mechanically and via software into our two injection molding machines, we can influence and analyze the process with water temperatures up to 180° Celsius.
Our central conveying system allows operation on both machines with various materials over long periods. The integrated dryer enables us to process even sensitive material types. We also have a highly precise gravimetric dosing unit.
In addition to the integrated conveyor and handling on our ENGEL e-motion 740/220 T, we also have a universal, mobile conveyor belt. This allows for production runs lasting several hours without any issues.
In addition to a thermal imaging camera, we use a digital microscope, precision scale, various measuring tools, photo and video cameras, and several temperature sensors for analysis and documentation.
We can monitor and operate our machines and devices remotely and securely over the internet. In the event of a machine issue, we can grant the manufacturer remote access to find the fastest possible solution together.

We display all relevant content on large monitors in our technical center. Presentations, energy monitoring, machine controls, microscopes, cameras, and other components are seamlessly integrated.
Our modern multimedia system, equipped with components and technologies from the TV production industry, enables optimal presentation of all key parameters on-site – and also allows for full digital sampling via popular applications like Teams or Zoom. External project partners can be included live, anytime, if desired.
